As a spiritual person you may have often wondered "What can I do that can positively affect those people around me? How can I make a difference?'' Often our lives are so busy with our families, friends and work commitments that we forget that we are spiritual beings with amazing psychic abilities. We don't always know how to find the time to explore and use these marvellous spiritual talents and we are not sure how we can incorporate them into our fast-paced lives.

Here is an inspiring excerpt from a wonderful channeling from Master Sanat Kumara, the Planetary Logos, received by spiritual teachers, Tony J. and Robyn Abbott (The Abbotts). He explains how by using a simple spiritual technique while we travel to and from our daily destinations, we can illuminate the areas we travel through, in a positive and uplifting way. "Blessings I am Sanat Kumara. I am known as the Planetary Logos.
I look at you all and I see here, that you are all what you term, Light workers. Half the responsibility of being a Lightworker is in fact, bringing your Light into areas that have need of that Light.

I am sure that all of you here, are aware of the beautiful auric field that you have around and within you. The beautiful, Golden/White Light that emanates from you all, when you are on the intended purpose of the God force. I would suggest to you, (those that wish to work with Spirit to help Humanity), that each morning before you leave your homes, fill your auras, fill your body, with golden/white Light. Visualise it within you and surrounding you. Feel yourself glow!

Then when you leave your home, allow it to be a vapour trail behind you of golden/white Light, wherever you go. When you enter your cars, spread this golden white Light around your car, around your bus or train, whatever vehicle you are in.

When you walk down your pathways, allow this golden/white Light to follow you and to expand out beyond you. So that as you travel through areas, throughout districts or suburbs, you are sending out the golden/white Light to ALL those, that are in need of it.

This golden/white Light is of a healing nature. It heals not only the mind, of instability and the heart to be up lifted; it brings the Spirit into rightness, as well. When you travel on your airplanes, the minute you leave your airports, send out a golden/white Light that will cover every landmass that you fly over. If you are aboard a ship, anywhere, send out the golden/white Light to the seas, to the oceans and the ports that you sail into. Wherever you go, this golden/white Light can emanate from you.

Those of you that are particularly brave, go to places where there is darkness, where there is unhappiness, where there is fear! You perhaps do not have to enter into the buildings, but you can stand outside and emanate that golden/white Light, to places such as your mental institutions or your jails, old battlefields or any place where there has been war, sorrow or bloodshed.

Send the golden/white Light that it may neutralize all the negative feelings, vibrations in that area and that positive energies may come to that place. Let this loving Light come from your hands, from your heart and your third eye (brow) and see positive light increasing in that region!

It is said of the ancient Masters, such as Jesus Christ, that his aura could expand up to 22 miles on either side of that Divine being! You too, can begin to do this! Visualise your aura expanding, perhaps to a few feet from you, then indeed each day increase it’s Light, until it is then perhaps 20 feet from you, then 20 yards and then 20 miles or kilometers, whatever your particular measurements are. Then send it further and further. If you do this consciously, you are sending a golden/white Light to those areas that particularly need this uplifting energy. Send out the Light to those areas. Never think that your effect is too tiny to make any difference, in the result or in the condition. Believe me, that as you practice this inspired exercise, you will find that you are more and more effective at changing negativity into positivity!

Others will feel it, if not consciously, certainly on a subconscious level and this will inspire them to awaken to the golden/ white spiritual Light, within themselves. This is something ALL Lightworkers can do, project the Light and see the effect!

We psychically "see" the golden trail that we leave behind us and watch it touch all in the immediate vicinity.
